We have the great pleasure of inviting you to the BIP, which will take place at our Campus of UG, in June in Gdansk within 17-21 June 2024 (physical mobility), and 12-14 online course. 

The program of this BIP has been prepared by our HRM Department at the our Faculty of Management. 

The main theme of the BIP is: "Harmony in Diversity at Work Environment”: Soft Skills Training To Develop And Build Key Social Competences Of An Effective Employee In A Modern Organization.”

Enclosed are detailed information and a schedule of activities. We are excited to present a comprehensive program, which includes insightful sessions, engaging discussions, workshops on up-to-date HR problems, networking opportunities, and some social activities at our Baltic seashore.  Your presence at the BIP would be highly appreciated and valued.
