Welcome to the guide for obtaining official student certificates at the University Department of Professional Studies (UDPS). All certificates are issued electronically via Studomat (ISVU system), making the process fast and easy. Below you will find step-by-step instructions and answers to common questions.

 
Certificates via Studomat – FAQ

1. Where can I get my official student certificates?

All official certificates are issued via Studomat, not Moodle.

How to request a certificate:

In the drop-down menu on the left side, select Certificates → Request for issuing certificates with electronic seal.
Choose the certificate you need (for international use) and complete the request.
Certificates are generated and delivered the same day to your official UDPS student email address.

2. Is Studomat available in English?

Studomat is in Croatian by default. You can switch to English by selecting the English language option on the page.

3. How do I access Studomat?

Go to: https://www.isvu.hr/studomat
Click on Login
Log in using your AAI@EduHr student credentials
Note: Your AAI@EduHr credentials are provided during the Welcome Day, on your first day at the University.

4. How will I receive the certificate?

The certificate will be generated electronically and sent to your official UDPS student email address 

You do not need to come to the office in person.

5. What should I do if I have problems accessing Studomat?
